Rashtabar's Keep

In South-central tariksan, a small amount of land is owned by the ancient copper dragon Rashtabar. She is the ultimate ruler, and does not look kindly upon the puny people who venture onto it, as in the past they have meant her harm. She is, however, good at heart, and enjoys the tales of people who stumble into her caves accidentally, or come to seek her council.

Geography

Thick forest, full of small rocky valleys and hopelessly confusing. It also contains several caves, one of which Rashtabar calls her home.
