Magic Initiate
Low level magic is so common in Nardish, especially among the 'gifted' (like you all are you lucky sods ;) ), it's highly likely your charecters would know a couple of helpful cantrips, maybe a spell or two. To reflect this, I'm going to allow you to take a limited version of magic initiate for free. It's not compulsory, but I'm not going to subsitute it for a different feat. Hopefully the edits I make to it will make not taking it feel like not much of a loss.
The key changes are:
- You can only take non-combat spells and cantrips, anything you think is pushing the line please ask me.
- If you choose the find familiar spell, your familiar is more limited than familiars gained in other ways. It can't take the help action, and acts directly after your turn in combat rather than rolling it's own initiative. I WILL be attacking ALL familiars if they attempt to get involved in combat, you have been warned.
