Flek, god of Fire
Flekites believe in chaos and change, as well as the powers of fate and magic. Fire to them represents beneficial change, beauty in destruction, uncontrollable force, and pure power. In a sense Flek is a god of the world (not of nature, that’s an important difference) and inspires people to both conquer and explore it, in their own way. A follower of Flek is never passive, he demands an active approach to life in all situations. Apathy and pride are sinful, as both suggest the world is looking after you, although pride is usually considered worse. Often Flekites struggle with the line between confidence (seen as good) and pride.
Many influential people follow Flek, and are evil and good in roughly equal measure (although most flekites believe that their religion leans towards neutrality). Great innovators, strong leaders, and powerful wizards come under this bracket, and have made both the great developments of the time and committed great evil, all in the name of their god. The evil of Flek like to destroy their enemies in fire, and are often violent, rarely cold.

Divine Symbols & Sigils
A fire (usually of three flames). Adaptions of this into other, more specific cult symbols are common.
Tenets of Faith
Ceremonies, usually involving chanting and ritual fires, are an important part of worshiping flek. Even the most moderate of believers spend time muttering mantras to the light of a burning torch, campfire, or magical flame. Many arcane casters are drawn to Flek, but he has very few clerics, thanks to the key idea that you make your own way in the world. Unlike the monklike Kyrians, Flekites have very little structure to their religious practices; even the highest prophets make their living elsewhere, and conduct gatherings in the open air, around bonfires and magical lights.
