Nagpa

The Napga's were created in a fit of rage when the Raven Queen discovered her wizards had betrayed her and tried to siphon off some of her power for themselves. She cursed them with never being able gain knowledge or power except from fallen civilizations. Now they roam the world searching for ways to make established civilizations fall so they can swoop in like vultures and gather up more knowledge and power.
