Duke Hadarai Grefir
Duke Hadarai Grefir is a High Elf who governs over the old capitol, Arran Edhil. He is the brother-in-law of the Emperor and is married to another high elf Duchess Hatae. He can typically be found in his manor either meeting with advisers, in the courthouse administering law, or giving offerings at one of the many temples in the City. He is always accompanied by a contingent of 12 body guards at all times.

Personal history
Duke Hadarai grew up in Arran Edhil and fell in love with the rich history and religious culture of the city. He ran into Hatae Grefir in the temple and they grew to love each other over time. Eventually they got married and had a beautiful daughter. Sadly,She died in a tragic accident that niether parent will speak of. Because of this he throws himself into his work as much as he can.
