Duke/Duchess
The Dukes and Duchess's run the various major cities and some minor towns of the Anwen Empire. They are given some autonomy for day to day operations but for anything major, such as war, is reserved for the emperor and empress. Dukes and Duchesses are from royal blood, aunts, and uncles usually of the King and Queen.

Oversee the operations and well being of their city and citizens
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Can be removed by King, Queen, or death
