Emerald Magistrate Kano Toritaka

Kano is just shy of 6 feet tall, muscular and athletic. Younger than he looks, the rumor is that an encounter with a powerful maho tsukai left him prematurely aged. His previous post saw him as 1 of the 2 most powerful Emerald Magistrates in Otosan Uchi (the other being the Ruby Champion).
The Toritaka mon always features prominently in his clothing and armor. The Crab mon is present, as well, but always subordinate to the Toritaka falcon. His personal mon is a falcon clutching a sheathed katana in its talons. He is never seen without a collection of pendants and talismans on a fine steel chain around his neck.
He is a skilled go player and is relocating to Naishou Province with his wife 3 younger children.
