Denbe Tonbo

Charitably described as flighty (uncharitably as a lunatic), Denbe seems to spend much of his time lost in his own head. Still, he's a powerful Water shugenja and has ably assisted Kasuga Hitsuko's maneuvers in court on multiple occasions.
