Suzuko is grace incarnate. Taller than is appropriate for a geisha, her elegance, voice, and other abilities more than make up for that. Her samisen playing is ethereal. She is rightfully the most sought-after geisha at the Lonely Pearl Geisha House, indeed in the whole of Naishou Province. Many suspect it is only a matter of time before one of her many patrons buys her contract.
As charming as she is with those samurai patrons, the rumor is that she is a diva with the other geisha of the house. While Kikuko would certainly hate to lose her, the other women might well be happy to see her go.
