Mujitsu

Mujitsu is a picturesque backwater in the rolling hills on the border of the Nobu Valley and the Taru Mountains. The village's fields are stepped into the hillsides and the tea house and gokenin's small estate constitute the village center.
Doji Takozawa is the gokenin and he lives in the village with his wife, Natsuki, and their young son, Urashii. Their home is a modest samurai house with servants' quarters, a small garden, and stable surrounded by a head-high stone wall.

The peasants are all descendants of the Takanobu Tribe.
