Legend of Seido Muzaka

There is a persistent rumor or legend in Naishou Province of a small monastery and temple deep within the Kawa Forest dedicated to Muzaka, the Fortune of Enigmas. It is a rumor or legend because there is no one in living memory who has claimed to know where it is and no one who has admitted to finding it.
The stories say that the monastery has existed almost since the founding of the Emerald Empire after the kami fell and that it is protected from discovery by trickster spirits and shapeshifters. Some versions of the story suggest that any who might stumble across the site are prevented from ever leaving again by the monks and the same spirits that obfuscate the location.
