Hitsuko Kasuga

A smooth-talking courtier with a quick wit. As luck would have it, she was attending winter court in Otosan Uchi when word of the situation in Naishou Province province reached the Emperor. The Badger, Dragonfly, and Tortoise clans quickly agreed to pool their influence in an attempt to gain the province for their joint benefit and Hitsuko was quickly chosen as their representative in Miya Ansho's court.
