Bellenau
Small Dirty town, reeks of rotting wood, salt air, stale ale, and 2 day old salted fish. Fairly lawles, just don't get caught. Small dock with a few (smuggling) ships. Maps out side of the town are fairly inaccurate, due to people not wanting to stick around long enough to figure out the lay of the land.
Demographics
Humans, Half Orcs, Goblins, and any one who isn't afraid to wield a sword.
Government
Dock Master is the official title.

Every one in town owns and knows how to use a sword.

Smuggling, sell swords, privateering.

There are many flags flown in Bellenau, and crews and loyalties can change like the tides and waves.
Architecture
The buildings and docks are some of the only wooden Structures in N'vdamarda. It is mostly Dock shanty town build in the red shores.
