Once the capital of the Southern lands, Loni was destroyed during the North South war.
Still considered a powerful, magical location, the mages still gather here.

Architecture

Crumbling stone ruins and rotting wooden doors and bridges over streams that run into the outside lake.
Canvas and cottons hung up everywhere to make tents and separate households and businesses.

Geography

With a lake just outside of the city there are streams spread across the city that flow into it.
Trees and plants grow in and on buildings inside the city.
