The leader of all dwarfs.
"We must act." stuttered the withered Overseer, "We should be investing in finishing this war, not creating new technologies."
"I concur." shouted a Baron, "The elves must die."
"Do not fret," stated the lead dwarf calmly, "The Great Leader shall unite us yet. Dismissed."
Qualifications
A dwarf must achieve the highest average mark in all 5 of the Great Tests. These are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography and Mathematics.
Requirements
Any age dwarf may become Lead Dwarf however no Leader has ever been younger than 37.
Appointment
A Lead Dwarf is appointed at a ceremony and is made Leader by the Overseer.
Duties
They must look after Tsvergan. They are meant to specifically encourage the innovation and technology in Tsvergan.
Benefits
They get to live in the Office of Ignentis, a grand workplace in the heart of the capital.
Accoutrements & Equipment
They get the Book of Leaders which is a diary that contains accounts from every Lead Dwarf in history.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
If they are found to have cheated in a test the results are null and void and the test is held on the next available Cinquas (equivalent of Friday).
