Bifröst

In the territories of the Vind, Majour setlements and outposts establish special teleportation circles that connect to a magical teleportation network know to the Vind as the Bifröst.

Effect

The purpose of the Bifröst is to transport a traveler from one teleportation circle, to another withing the Bifröst's network of teleportation circles. The Bifröst also prevents external teleportations from enterin its network, or specific people from accessing specific parts of the Bifröst's network.

Side/Secondary Effects

When a creature teleports through the Bifröst, a magical energy taking the appearance of a rainbow drops from the sky and envelopes everyone within the circle before dissapearing along with the creature.
As for a creature mid transportation, they enter a tunnel space surrounded by a rainbow of energy, until they manifest in their desired location.

Discovery

The runes of the Bifröst were bestowed upon the Vind by the great Jotunnôs Orin. Teleportation cicles that utilize the correct patern of runes can join into the Bifröst network.
