Racinei Lakend is a wealthy aristocratic noble of his own making. Dresses in the most exquisite clothing; top hat, walking cane, monocle, the works. Underneath the flamboyant attire, is an old weathered man. One who has seen many days under the sun, on the waves, with the sea breeze nipping at his cheeks.
Born to a family of meager means, the young Racini Lakend traveled the world as a deckhand, experiencing many cultures of the worlds and channeled all of that inspiration into his work.
The theater company, Dreams is run by Racinei Lakend, a prodigy of creative production of plays and musical performance. So famous is his work, only the swampiest of swamp folk have not heard of his most creative play, The Coral Princesses, a stunning tale of love, mystery, drama, and tragedy.
The Coral Princesses is a tale of a mysterious scoundrel who is lost at sea with nothing but a makeshift raft.  He is saved by the most exotic of creatures, a elf of pure beauty. She lives under the waves in a secret city made of majestic coral towers. In this tale of wonder and awe, they are almost destined to fall in love, but alas this love is forbidden. When their love is revealed, the scoundrel is forced away from his love forever never to return to face the dire circumstances that he shall incur.
Racinei Lakend is far renowned for his this famous piece, for in all of history never has there been a mention of sea elves and Lakend is widely praised for such a creative romantic creation.
Lakend's company has its largest theater in Portland, but operates theaters in The Rivers corner, Brittle Bridge, The Eighth Gate, Sandway, Luta Endde, and IcePeak Falls.
In addition to the theaters, Racinei Lakend operates a traveling galleon that serves as a theater, while he tours his latest plays and compositions.
