Reinel
The Capital of the Old Reinelan Empire
Reinel began as a mostly human slum, where the Elven Empire sent its humans to be forgotten about. Over time, the humans of this city made important advancements such as the invention of sailing and the refinement of magical studies. It eventually began a revolt against the Elves and became a kingdom of their own, they went on to conquest the western coast of Mordonne in the war of the four kingdoms.

Reinel, at its peak, was 90 percent human, 5 percent orc, 4 percent Elf, and 1 percent Dwarf
Government
Reinel was always a monarchy, from the day it overcame the great siege until the day the earth cracked in two and tsunamis devoured it whole
Assets
Many magic users trace their lineage to Reinel, and several magical items can be dug up in the ruins
RUINED SETTLEMENT
The day the tear was created in 0 BT, the city had one day to evacuate the citizens from the Capital and save the Reinelan Royal family, instead, they chose to hide in their keeps until the waves swallowed them whole
