How to give the shapeshifting power to someone: Has to be done under a Blue rose moon only happens once every 20 years. It has to be with the consent of the shifter they have to infuse some mana into the blood as well if you take it forcefully you will only be normal blood. it hurts your body and goes through changes it feels like your body is burning and your mana is hot.
