Fort Hobart General Hospital Medical Breakthrough
Helena Lee was fighting bravely against the cancer that riddled her body. There was not much hope for her. Luckily, she met Dr. Stephanie Moritz at Fort Hobart General Hospital.
“When Helena came to us, the outlook was not good. That was on October 30th. Here she is, being discharged on Nov. 3rd with a clean bill of health.”
“We really don’t know what happened.”
Dr. Moritz is being far too modest. We spoke with Nathaniel Hammerstead, Senior Director of Communications for Fort Hobart General Hospital.
“We have the best staff and the best equipment. Dr. Moritz is a leader in her field. You should see her Ted Talk about modern medicine and its role in healing. And our machines go “ping!” with the best of them.” After a pause, Nathaniel added, “The only miracle that occurred here is the skill that Dr. Mortiz has.”
When pressed for details about her process, Dr. Moritz stated that she was still gathering data.
“No, really … we were merely making Mrs. Lee comfortable. Her child was by her side the entire time. At this point, the power of love – or hokey monster movies – had just as much effect on her recovery as anything I did. I will need to speak with Nathaniel.”
