Mofrio

Deep within the ruins of a once proud Imperial sector lies the hive world of Mofrio. It is the pulsing hearth of a broken body, convulsing to keep itself together. A world on the brink of the precipice, Sicatrix Maledictum stalking it's now abandoned backside. Ten million resettled citizens, uncountable refugees from the far reaches of the crumbling sector and hordes of religious fanatics all packed to the sole remaining hive fighting for survival. Food riots and gang warfare run rampant despite the best efforts of the Imperial rulers.   Yet the world stands as the only port within the range of a pathway out of the Imperium Nihilus, The gate of the Pious, open in cyclic seasons. Thus, despite the world choking under its own weight, Mofrio has to endure.   Welcome to Mofrio, my personal corner of the Warhammer 40k universe.
