I know the instructions were to tell of a non-contact sport or game, but just this once, I'm gonna break the rules. Hedgeball is a game that is traditionally played by members of the Hedgehog species on planet Mobius. This game is played by three people per match in one arena. A natural skill of all hedgehogs is the ability to curl their bodies up into a tight ball. This sport makes this skill entertaining. All players must start right outside their exit doors, and stay still. The referee will call out a five-second countdown. After that, the players curl into a ball and launch their bodies at their opponents. When they strike each other, they bounce backwards, hitting the walls and floor. 

During a lucky hit, the opponent's body will be thrown into a goal on either side of the playing field. The other player gets a point. First player to get ten points wins the round. Games of Hedgeball are played in three rounds; each one escalating in difficulty. The Hedgeball Arena playing field is reinforced with stronger materials than usual, due to hedgehogs' naturally strong spines. Players of Hedgeball are equipped with lightweight armor.

Hedgeball is one of the most-watched sports in the world. In fact, several celebrities attend each match, including Sonic the Hedgehog, who is a huge fan! When Hedgeball first became a thing, players were not protected at all. Basically, whoever had the hardest spines, won. Over time, however, armor and safety pads were introduced to make the game a bit less...deadly. This game is usually only played professionally, but you can play it at home if you wish. Most pro Hedgeball players are between the ages of 25 to 50. This is when most Mobian species bodies' are in their prime. There is a 5 month training period for the sport, in which players are taught how to flex and relax their quills and how to protect their heads while moving.

Hedgeball is a sport that is played by the Hedgehogs of Mobius-2. The main goal is to score ten points in the opponent's goal to win.
