A Taste of the Freesia

Hi, Lito! You know how you always talk about having no taste data, and I say I'm going to get you a shell that'll let you have food? Well, I talked with Captain Helaine, and we decided to put together some recipes for when you can taste! The Puffskis helped too.

Zerzer Grub Stew

Everyone knows this is Helaine's favorite dish.
So, first you start with a stock, maybe beef or chicken depending on your taste (we'll get to that!). Then you thicken it up a bit with some flour to make the base. Then, you add a little more stock and some sauce if you think you need it. Now here's the fun part, where you get to pick what goes into the stew! I mean, there has to be Zerzer Grubs or it wouldn't be Zerzer Grub Stew, but apparently they only come from Helaine's home world, so that makes things tricky... I've tried them once though, they're like some weird fusion of shrimp and a dumpling flavor and texture-wise. It's not that bad!
The list of ingredients on here is kinda weird... I think most of this stuff has to come from Helaine's home world. I'm not sure what a Black Gozkin Cuff is, but I'm sure it's delicious.

Moon Dew Drink

This one is a bit different, because it's a drink. It's made of the stuff we have stocked in the Freesia's bar though, and apparently other worlds use these ingredients too. Here's how you make a Moon Dew.
You mix together two units Flaranade, three units Bluanerol, and four units Reddanine. You can then add units of Generan Extract for alcoholic content, or leave them out for a "virgin" drink. It tastes pretty sweet and refreshing, I think. We'll discuss the possibility of Generan Extract in your Moon Dew another time, because maybe we should let you get used to tasting before we get you drunk...

Puura Flake Ice Cream

This is the puffskis' contribution.
So basically, what you do for this is grind up a Puura Leaf. That's basically a puffski's favorite food aside from strawberry shortcake. You grind up a Puura Leaf, and apparently you... crisp it? Somehow you make the leaf crispy, and then you crinkle it and sprinkle it over the ice cream of your choice.
...They're puffballs. I wouldn't expect anything too culinarily complex from them. Supposedly it tastes like frosted cornflake cereal? I guess we'll find out.

A note added after the fact

You did a horrendous job of writing these down, Talitha. Please leave the cooking to me, as I don't think I can trust you after such a butchering of basic instructions. -H

Purpose

Talitha seems to have left this on the Systems Manager workstation by accident. She should know better, as the art of e-mailing files to oneself has been around for a good while at this point. In fact, she can contact Lito at any time, so no one is quite sure why she didn't just send it directly to them.
