Perstitantinople is the Capital of Mithandria.

Guilds and Factions

The OOTR are the main faction present in Persistantinople, and their Acolytes are often found patrolling the streets, along with affiliated city guardsmen. 
The Adventurers Guild has a reasonable presence here also, mainly in the Taverns of the Middle and Outer Rings, and in their branch hall. 
The Thieves Guild have no official presence, however this can not be confirmed.

Points of interest

• The Main Temple of Justicar - a Massive cathedral to Justicar, Lord of Order. In here resides the majority of the Clerics of Justicar, as well as a large sect of the OOTR Acolytes. 
• Gnome Depot - A large indoor market, where adventurers can buy all sorts of items to help them on their journeys. 
• Adventurers Guild - The main port of call for Mithandrian Adventurers, this branch has many jobs available, due to the constant Kobold infestations
