Kingdom of Mirydain
The Kingdom of Mirydain is the name given to the kingdom formed by the free lands of Mirydain, centered in the realm of Gonnarch and spreading from the lands of Men to the lands of Elves and Dwarves.
Demography and Population
The Kingdom of Mirydain encompasses the free lands of Mirydain, with the lands of Men directly under the High King and the lands of Elves, Dwarves, and Centaurs standing as allies to the Crown.
Territories
The Kingdom of Mirydain primarily consists of Gonnarch, Anglor, and Calidurn, the primary lands of Men. The lands of the Elves, Dwarves, and Centaurs are part of the united kingdom as allies as they have rulers of their own while the High King of the free lands has dominion over the lands of Men and in the lands of his allies.
Military
The lords of the Ten Cities supply the bulk of the kingdom's army as well as the knights living in and around Dinas Caradorn. The Elves and the Dwarves supply their troops when needed as do the Centaurs.
Religion
Throughout the kingdom, the High King-Above-the-Heavens is worshiped in chapels built around the villages and manors in the lands of Men. The Elves do not have chapels, but typically offer prayers to Jeger in their forest homes. The Dwarves ask for tidings from the High King-Above-the-Heavens and also ask the Magar to carry prayers to the High King-Above-the-Heavens.
Agriculture & Industry
The lands of Men harbor most activities of agriculture, with farmers working the land for food for themselves while giving a portion of it to the nobility.
Trade & Transport
The free lands trade goods with one another in the form of food, clothing, treasures, and weaponry depending on the need. There are unpaved roads throughout the free lands and longer routes stretching between the lands of Men. Various passes connected the lands of Elves and Dwarves to the lands of Men.
Infrastructure
Wells supply water for the villages and cities of Men while the Great River and its branches supply water for the Elven lands and the Dwarf-lands. Dinas Caradorn and the Ten Cities of Gonnarch assure lands and protection to the people in the central province of Gonnarch while the castle of Talrosann in Anglor assures these things for the people of Anglor directly.
