Government

The government of Goticha is led by the current Dragon King Epoa Ombre. This is an absolute monarchy and the King has the final say in anything. Still the King will be advised by a member of the four factions of this city.

Districts

The city is divided in four districts all, every district is designed and perfected to their inhabitants needs.

Vampire District

Leader: Liam Shadow

The Vampire District is at the right of the castle, who stands in the center of the city. The vampires are living inside large apartment buildings. Made out of steel and glass, the district has seven blocks with a large mall that spreads in the center of the district. Inside the mall the vampires can find anything from clothing, furniture and blood. There are a view movie theaters with various movies, and view theaters who show plays, opera's and ballets. The blood shops have variations in animal blood, creature blood and human blood.

Nightmare District

Leader: Godera Summerdance

The Nightmare District the left of the castle. The Nightmare's living in small bungalows with a small garden at the front of the house. In every garden stands a whipping willow tree that. The tree is the symbol of the union of the household. If the tree is in full bloom, there is a baby on the way. Just leafs mean a happy household. And if the leafs are falling to the ground that means that there is somebody sick. Bare branches, there is a death. The district is just as the Vampire District, seven blocks big. There is a small mall inside the district. Were the Nightmares can find; clothing stores, food stores, jewelry stores and book stores. There is a movie theater were horror movies are shown non-stop.

Banshee District

Leader: Relma Wani

The Banshee District is the most gloomy part of town, not many of the other races want to set foot here. This became more so when there was an explosion in the streets, two women lost their lives. The Banshee houses are small, usually for one individual. There is only one exception to the rule and that is when a woman has a child. Their houses are made from metal, and have a rust red color. There are not many stores inside this district, there is not enough room for them. But there is a market where you can find anything, even children who are for sale. This district is near the cities edge, and far away from the castle as possible.

Lunar Witch district

Leader: Andera Lunar

The Lunar Witch district is hidden underground, and only the ones who know how to get inside the district can come in. It was build before the city, this thanks to the first Dragon King. On top of the district there are cinema's, libraries, public pools, offices. People who are in the know, will enter what looks like a subway to go to the underground city. There is also a doorway directly in the basement of the palace. Downstairs there is the Headquarters of the Lunar Coven, and the small building build for the male version of the coven. There is a school and some stores were the witches can buy their herb, and food. The witches live all inside the headquarters and have a room there. A room complete with kitchen and a small bathroom.
