Physical Description
Body Features
Pale skin, a little translucent in places especially along the edges of her ears, and almost able to trace where exactly the light of her LED freckles get their power.
Facial Features
Irene’s facial proportions are a little off from being perfectly beautiful, but her individual features are arresting. Although her eyes are a little wide set, their blue color fits perfectly with their round shape. Her nose could be considered petite, but the bridge is a little thin to be considered cute in the same way. Her lips are shaped into a Cupid’s bow, but they’re too wide otherwise.
Identifying Characteristics
She has little freckles that are small LEDs just beneath her skin that change their flicker in accordance with her mood. She also has tattoos along her joints. And although her skin looks human, if a little see-through, those tattoos emphasize the joints of her artificial body, tracing where the wires and ‘nerves’ would be. She is very proudly Neo Terran.
Physical quirks
Although all Neo Terrans are ambidextrous, Irene prefers to use her right hand; although both hands have the same ability to wave dramatically when she talks. She cocks her hip often, puts on hand on it when she does so.
Apparel & Accessories
Irene usually prefers flowing, boho style fabrics in her casual wear, but as she’s mostly all business due to her job, instead she’s forced to wear pants suits and skirts. She often changes her heels—literally, her heels as they are replacements of shoes from high to low.

She is always carrying the company data pad and has their communication chip embedded behind her ear. She reaches up and pressed down to activate it.

Her sister, Evelyn Byrn, who was the inventor of the artificial bodies that every Neo Terran rely on today.

She doesn’t have much particular attachment to any sort of deity; humans, she believes, have always made their own path, especially now that they’ve left that ‘humanness’ behind. She doesn’t believe that any sort of god has influence on that.
Social Aptitude
Irene has a very sweet disposition to just about everyone that she meets, however if you get on her bad side she shifts gears and is at 100% hostility forever more. It takes a lot for her to get to that point. Due to her work as an actress, she is great at speaking to people, especially to crowds, and knows how to work them.
Mannerisms
Overwhelmed and excitable, she talks with her hands most of the time. Irene will lace her fingers together often and hold them to her lap when she’s being serious and will flail around a bit when she’s not—this used to be much more apparent before her political career. If she knows you, she’ll touch you, but the amount varies on how well she knows you.
Hobbies & Pets
Irene has a pet roomba she named “Rhoomi”, that she often refers to when she talks about her roommate. She specifically hired a few tech specialists to up the little robot’s AI, so it’s not inconceivable for it to be intelligent and aware. She shared this type of AI with Pricilla Keller.
Wealth & Financial state
Irene was quite wealthy even before leaving behind her mortal body. As an actress, her net worth was well into the millions, and even though she gave to charities often, like her sister, the cash kept piling up. She used that to pay for many people unable to afford more than the basic Shell, right up until she left Earth with the first wave.
Now, as a council member of the Board of Directors, her salary is still fairly extensive. She is smart and funds many smaller projects—things that many of her colleagues consider frivolous. With this funding, she has a very small percentage of stock in any companies that begin to gain favor.
She also has, like many of the other Board members, her own ambassador ship and a very small crew to pilot it. Irene also has her own mansion built into the edges of the Shards of Diadem at the edge of the Residential District.
