In everything there is a hierarchy. The one who has written laws and explains them in a book is the one true leader of the flock he or she teaches. There are those that teach under this one and they lead smaller groups of their own from the same book, so it is handed down to generations.

Granted Divine Powers

A promise of secret knowledge from those outside of them. Some are granted more spirit magic than others, it all depends on one's will and how far they want to reach. Ascension is the term they use.
