Reptalon

Nocturn Crawlers

Deep in the heart of the underground, where there is no sun and light dim enough to sustain their life; the Reptalon made their home in the Hidden World. Cursed to live in the dark for all their life and should they travel above ground in the daytime, the sun alone will kill them.

Appearance

Even though they are bi-pedal and have intelligence, they are not kin-soul which is confirmed just by looking at them - if unlucky enough to come across one. They have long tails to get from one place to another, to capture prey and it's used to sense a small radious behind them as they walk.

Scaleskin

Some are able to change colour to adapt to their surroundings. Others that don't have this ability tend to stay in their own habitat.

Hands

Can be webbed when going into water. Their nails are like talons.

Face

Very much like a kin-soul face, except for scaleskin, their eyes and tongue which is forked. The eyes are animalistic and slit pupils.

Magical Diguise

They are able to weild magic if they are not a Nullifire, born without the ability to use magic. They have found another way to adapt to surroundings above ground. When the sun lays down its head and the moon rises, the use of illusion magic becomes available to them.

Civilization and Culture

Major Organizations

The Reptalons have a deity and they have their own way of worshipping the Red Dragon. They have also found refuge with kin-souls who have decended into Miria's heart and made a city for themselves. There they serve powerful kin-souls who likewise serve the Red Dragon.
It's not really known why the Reptalons chose to serve kin-souls as they are not as intelligent as they are, or perhaps that is how they see it.
