Fire Lizard Species in Mirateia | World Anvil

Fire Lizard

The Fire Lizard is a lizard that was found to live near volcanoes and was first discovered near Mount Bosted Eton or so it was thought, because after its discovery and it became public knowledge some scholars were digging through old documents and found several references to a creature of the same description as the Fire Lizard.   The Fire Lizard the last 100 years has become a favoured working animal and or pet for blacksmiths in the southern Kingdom of Kistals where it was discovered or rather rediscovered, because of its ability to maintain a constant fire around its body, hence the name as well.
