A deadly gas that infected and wiped millions and spawned a mysterious rift that led to distant and terrifying worlds. In response to the attack militant powers rushed for a vaccine that resulted in citizens mutating in uncanny ways. Within this chaos and panic rose powerful mutant individuals known as Monarchs that sought to use their powers to create kingdoms of their own and rage even more war. In this new era, the hierarchy is shattered and the influence of power is more dangerous than ever before, can the people help themselves in these troubling times or will the war consume the nations until there's nothing left.
