Ka'ra Zendri
Highest One Ka'ra (a.k.a. Dragon Empress)
Leader of the Immortal Council. She is the one that created the Immortal Council. This council is responsible for ending the fighting between all dragons and guiding laws and rules of all dragons. She is shrouded in secrecy and no one knows where she comes from originally. She often disappears for long periods of times in her humanoid form. Considered a Deity among other Gods in the universe when she gifted the dragons the ability to take a human form to travel like the rest of the beings of the universe. She also is the creator of dragonborns and lizard folk and other reptile humanoid beings. She has written stories of legends never heard of. Created myths about the Dragonborn before they were ever created. She is an imposing person, so much so that even some gods are scared of her. She gets along with the Norse Gods more than the rest and resides on Midgard as long as she doesn't interfere or break their rules. She even helps and gives advice to them when asked.

Personal history
Nothing is really known of her. She has been on the Original Realm before the Gods were released from the Magic Realm, but she hasn't revealed her origin. Some think that she might really be the God of dragons due to the fact that their history is almost non existent and they are spread throughout all of history in other gods histories. She and her dragons might be the oldest in all of the universe. All that is known is that she very rarely in her dragon form. When she revealed her dragon form she was bigger than most the mountains near Yggdrasil City. She left four giant craters where her she stood. In two of those there are shrines dedicated to her. She has created the Immortal Council 5 years after the Magic Realm was opened, and 2 years before the God War ended is when she and the Immortal Council created the reptilian species. They follow the laws the Council lays out, but besides that they have no world of their own as of yet. The species are spread out through the rest of the beings of the galaxy.
