San Antonio de las Alazanas
San Antonio de las Alazanas is a town located in the southeast region of the state of Zaragoza, México. It is situated in a great plain at a height of 2180 meters above sea level, having to the north the Sierra Madre Oriental, and to the south, the Sierra de la Marta.

In San Antonio is the residence of the corrupt ex-mayor of Arteaga, Jesús Durán Flores. It is also home to the infamous cowboy and anime reviewer Arturo Coronado, who owns a farm in this village. On one occasion Arturo and French terrorist Saint Pepsi had a bloody fight in the center of town, culminating in the cowboy's humiliation by the terrorist, who peed on his face.Defences

Industry & Trade
Housewives offer for sale the traditional cuisine of seasonal fruit preservers, apple liquors, steel bread, cactus vodka, and prepared corn.
Its economic activity is also based, as in ancient times, on the exploitation of wood, as the work of the sawmills continue. Others are dedicated to agriculture, and a small sector to trade.
History
This town was founded on February 2, 1857, by order of the governor of the state of Zaragoza, Santiago Rodríguez, in order to protect families who were isolated in several villages scattered throughout the region.
In 1905, a cholera epidemic struck the region, killing hundreds of people, including the Nuncio family, one of the first and richest families in San Antonio. Today, the mummified remains of the Nuncio can be seen in the museum of mummies.
