On the 14th of Leaffall, 1439, an unsanctioned class 4 summoning ritual was detected in The Hovel District. Unidentified abberation had been neutralized at the location by three previously unknown individuals, civilian casualties negligible. White Dragonborn, Heskan, affiliations unknown, recommend further observation. Mountain Dwarf, Durin, our records show he his an apprentice of The Hundered Hammers Guild, presence likely incidental. Human, Gabrielle Lemon, affiliations unknown, potential suspect regarding █████████ ██████ ████, recommend further observation and possible interrogation.

Specimen was successfully recovered and is in Master Kamu's posession for further study. Specimen covers an area of approximately 22ft and weighs 850 st. It appears to be composed of a malleable flesh like substance. There appear to be no internal organs or appendages though does posses 63 mouths of varying sizes and 127 eyes in an irregular distribution. On sight testimony stated that an area approximately 10ft around the specimen became like quicksand.

Our records show the property where the ritual occurred belongs to a former student, Martellin Westwood, current whereabouts unknown. Agents have been alerted and issued a warrant for his immediate arrest and interrigstion. Suspect is to be considered high risk and lethal force has been authorised.
