Crystallarium

The Crystallarium is a tool used by Enchanters and Crystal Smiths to create or manage an enchantment. The Device suspends a crystal in a globe of magical energy which shows the patterns woven in to the crystal in order to create the enchantment. Crystal Smiths, possessing only a minor knowledge of enchanting, use this device to determine if an enchantment is compatible with a piece of equipment or to occasionally modify enchantment parameters, such as changing a frost coated weapon into a flame covered weapon.
