Chath Jess, "Fire Fang", is the palace of the house Darkburn in the city of Zaetron Derraz. It stands on the south-west side of the city, next to many other fine and elaborate mansions and palaces, in the one of the more wanted areas that the city has to offer.
While smaller and less pompous as rest of the buildings around it, Chath Jess is much bigger than it looks, as the halls go several floors beneath the bottom of the cavern the city stands on. stories tell that once in the times of the llothians it was used to be a dungeon for fiendish creatures that the worshippers of Lloth kept for their nefarious purposes.
Today, it simply houses the members of Darkburn family, but one might wonder if such amount of evil can never truly be washed off from the walls that once housed it.
