Arvandor is one of the layers of upper plane of Arborea, and home to the elven deities of The Seldarine. It is believed to be the place where all elven souls following the The Seldarine come back after the death of their body while waiting for their reincarnation.

It is told to be filled with endless lush forests and lovely meadows, and clean streams.
