Mekkren

Mekkren is the name of a Universe that has six planets. Mekkren is also the name of Mother Divine, the creator of each six Divines. Moldeva is the eldest Divine, she was given the planet Alkuma by her mother and rules the Gold Pantheon. She has the most children of any Divine, fourteen. Desparn is the second eldest Divine, he was given the planet Escullen by his mother and rules the Silver Pantheon. He has eight children. Sekneis was given the planet Osprinla. She rules over the Bronze Pantheon and has six children. Jakkrin was given the planet Hernsong. He rules over the Obsidian Pantheon and has three children. Remarn is the second youngest Divine. She was given the planet Getell and rules over the Opal Pantheon. She has four children. Timorn is the youngest Divine. He was given the planet Setrinza and rules over the Iron Pantheon. He has four children.   Magic is a common thing. Not everyone has it, but most people do. Almost all Fae and Elves have magic, Dwarves less frequently have it, Humans have a fifty percent chance, and any other humanoid usually has less of a chance than humans. Magic Runes are like tattoos that have to be placed by a Rune Priest, which are the only people capable of placing runes. Runes can have unpredictable effects, but most do what they were placed to do, be it stop an infection from spreading, or to have better control over your magic. Most Races have more common place magic types than others, (e.g. Tzar Swi on Akluma is rich with storm magic users) There aren't any huge schools to teach magic, if you have it you would have found out by the time you turn ten. Wands don't affect your ability to use magic, they may enhance certain types of magic but people don't depend on them. Spell tomes aren't really 'spell tomes', they're usually cursed books that may or may not help you. If someone is blessed by a god or saint they may be given a special type of magic available only to them or others like them. Most magic types are genetic, so if a father has a shapeshifting magic type then his child is more likely to have it if he didnt.
