Ottawa - Portable Staging Station

The "floating city" Ottawa, the first and only portable staging station ever built, named after the capital of a nation of the ancient world. In the shape of a semi-circular prism, it has a diameter of 36km and can accommodate a population of 6 million.
The word "Ottawa" comes from the ancient world, describing a governance that ruled over two opposing groups of people. It was believed to be related to a region close to a place called "Lake Ontario". The name also symbolizes peacekeeping and middle ground in arguments.
Ottawa was famously deployed in the Reflex region by the Trinity of Wild (Vuker, Wucnec and Athemia) during Operation Infinity, overseeing the cities Eliminus (capital of Eliminus), Gilbert (capital of Stratus), New Terrus (captial of Och). Moreover, it threatened the existence of Seven Ridge, the capital of Callum Pass and Pristine Union. Ottawa became the production center for the Trinity, and allowed the Trinity to deploy troops from the station.
