Mabi Desert

The Mabi Desert is a desert in northern Didevob flanked by Lakura to the north, Mitigize to the south, the Orbana Mountains to the east, and the Gulf of Lakura to the west. The desert is largely uninhabited by either humans or elves with the notable exception of the Raski who are primarily concentrated in the city of taamBia in the center of the desert.

Fauna & Flora

The desert is home to a variety of flora and fauna despite its harsh nature and low water supply.
The flora of the desert comprises of a number of native shrubs, palms, and grasses. Within the vicinity of taamBia there are also a number of imported species ranging from food crops, such as beans, wheat, and rice, as well as cash crops.
The fauna of the desert consists of a number of insects, arachnids, small reptiles, birds, and mammals. A number of the local fauna are considered to be dangerous to elves and humans, most notably the Bokari Scorpion, the burrow_wasp, and the Mabi desert dog.
