Masir

The world of Masir is witnessing an age of progress and transition. People imbued with the gift of magic are being born in fewer numbers. The worship of the gods are debated by men and women of logic, science, wisdom and faith. In many places, common people are beginning to question the centuries-long traditions and deference to kings and lords. New machines and technology are driven by pioneers of all races, and new ideas flourish as the empty spaces on maps slowly begin to be filled. However, not all relish these radical changes. Some fear for the loss of wonder and adventure, while others cling to the traditions of their forebears, and some fear for their position in society as more and more rise out of poverty and ignorance. Many say the world is changing for the better, some say for the worst. One thing is certain, as sure as the White Sun rises in the south, Masir is entering an Age of Dreams.
