Redenevia

Redenevia

Redenevia, a plant which is extremely difficult to find unless you know where you look for it. This plant is a blessing and a curse, but it has several magical properties. One of the things about this plant is that it can be used as a medicine and a weapon. It is a very difficult tonic or brew to brew and only very specialized healers can brew this, and that specialty only comes from experience. the tonic brewed is different for each power. The healer must be exceptional and there is another catch. The one who is taking in the tonic must BE WILLING to take it. Otherwise, the effects will be disastrous and very bad. People of Mapeal say that the plant can feel, even after brewing and even there isn't any proof of the claim, except for an old insane man, people are not willing to risk it.

Myth Around Redenevia

Redenevia happens to have a beautiful but dark myth around it. This myth starts out with 2 people, a boy Redelian, A girl Zelenivia. It was said that they both loved each other, as kids they would often go out to the Dereen Forests near their homes. One day, both of them were playing a game of  Kathedia, when Redelian saw a movement behind one of the trees. So, he just left Zelenivia with her eyes closed and then went after the movement. Even young, the people of Mapeal train their kids to protect themselves from potential threats like animals or people.  Then they was a bright flash of light and the dry autumn trees began to burn. Zelenivia, her eyes open , jumped up and let out a shrill scream when she saw Redelian on the forest floor with burns all over his arms ,feet and torso.  It was like the scream summoned water spirts with fresh honey-gold water, a phenomenon that was extremely rare and unbelievable. On contact with the burnt trees, plants beautiful thin purplish yellow plants began to grow, and Zelenivia did not know why, but she ran over to the plants began to crush them and started mixing them
