Ovinex Island Tribes

The Ovinex Island Tribes are, as the name implies, a loose confederation of Native Ovinex tribal nations which exist on the Rostral C cube layer. Previously an antagonist to the Rostran Archipelago Confederacy, the Ovinex Island Tribes have since been contained by that group, forcing the two nations into a surprisingly symbiotic relationship which has persisted since the conclusion of the Rostran-Ovinex War.
