Pai Te Whenua - The book of land's delights
Purpose
During the Pelagoi's discovery on land. The usual idea was to make a collection of the land's ressources and test their consumption's risk and hazards. However, some of them toughts it would be a more positive outcome to make it a collection of recipes to expand their usual knowledges they got over the years. At the creation of the Aurora's Gathering, a festival to encourage the species discoveries over the year, a challege was made to had the best recipes into the unique book for generations to keep. This book, still, remains a staple of Pelagoi's cuisine and a popular challenge to be part of it.
Document Structure
Clauses
The book starts with a praising of the goddess for making them discover the land's bounties. After that, each page is a recipe with the author written.
Publication Status
The original is available to Pelagoi which desire to read it, under surveillance of royal guards.
However, plans to make more simple to use and carry copies are in the works.

Legacy
The Pai Te Whenua has a positive legacy of friendly competition mixed with cultural sharing. Many Pelagoi keep this collection in high regards and some dreams to be immortal by offering their recipes hoping to be seemed worthy by the goddess and their peers.
