Bile of the Second Son

Pure matter of creation , the bile has the ability to recreate life fit for this world, for those with the privilege of holding a vial and that can withstand it's potency.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

The bile works mostly by act of consumption by a creature, be it sapient or not. the creature does not need to digest it properly, just need to touch the creature's insides.   The bile directly affect the creature's genetic code with primal energy infused in the bile, which overtime mutates the creature. The results vary immensely for beneficial to misshapenings.   While it can drastically improve a creature's physical structure, it does not have mental capacities the same way, and can even leave negatives aftereffects (the species is prone to make dementia and vulnerability to enchantments).

Ooooh, this sounds super interesting. I'm always a fan of things that can mess with genetics / DNA. I wonder what happened to those poor fish. I like the tie-in to the cult and how fitting it is to the serpent theme.
