The Bloodfusion of Ignacia

In the early years of the Empire of Ulstrom, the city of Ignacia fell to a tragic calamity to the city, resulting in the Bloodswamp. There is much intrigue and uncertainty in the events that led up to the fall, such as the legend of The Darkhearts and the myth of Xanaris, the Bloodsworn Knight.
Prior to the event and today, Igancia was a major trade city, laying between the port town of Elioin andArden within the Province of Arden. After the destruction of the old Ignacia, it too many years for the new Igancia to regain its status as a trade center.
In the final moments before the destruction, a court wizard, Malykas Garo, incorporealized many of the denizens there, creating a subrace known as the Garo.
What is known is that the perpetrator, according to the investigation and relayed by House Starblight, is a vampire named Arturo Felsbane. Although many conspiracy theories have formed over other perpetrators, the only hard evidence has ever been due to him, although any other evidence would have been destroyed.
