Odari, the Allfather
Odari was the first god. He represents age, wisdom and the ancient will of the world itself. He reigns as the lord of the Pantheon and has long acted as the force of preservation for the world. It was Odari’s doing that the war of angels and demons were taken care of, and that Bahamut and Tiamat were both banished from the realm of the gods. Odari constructed a gate to the afterlife, Valhalla, in the mountains of Jötungard, for the purpose of challenging mortals to join his personal army. Those who are chosen by Odari, instead of a normal afterlife, become part of his army and are permitted on the grounds of Yggdrasil as Valarjar.
Odari is depicted as an aged but muscular man, with long, silky white beard and hair. He wears robes that often vary in color; No one depiction is regarded as more correct than another. He carries his silver staff, Gungnir, and by his side are his two loyal ravens, Hokandi and Makineth. Odari’s mark is his spear Gungnir, and thanks to his two ravens the creatures have come to be widely associated with him.
