Ea and Enkidu
The God-King Gilgamesh is ancient. And it has been ages since he last knew love. The lonely guardian of Malkor has himself decided to forbid himself to love ever again, as his heart forever belongs to his lover, Enkidu. In ancient times, there were more than just one Platinum Dragon; Gilgamesh had a sister, Ea, and a lover, Enkidu. The Platinum Dragons were the most powerful among the metallic dragons, and were drafted to fight on the frontlines in the bitter battle between Bahamut and Tiamat. Both sides were devastated, and neither Ea nor Enkidu survived. They both wished to protect their beloved, and requested for the most skilled of smiths to use their bodies to create armor and a weapon for Gilgamesh, so that they would never leave his side.
The Armor of Enkidu is the toughest of all armors, protecting against both physical and magical; The remnants of Enkidu’s skills as a magus have been imbued in the armor itself.
The Halberd, Ea, is long, sleek and gracious, like the dragonborn it was created from. Ea’s grace and precision flow into her wielder, and she becomes an extension of their will and action.
