Amaranthie, Fey Queen
Amaranthie’s story is one of true peculiarity. Being a simple mortal during her humble beginnings, she happened to have a small talent for magic. But her true destiny as a god was unveiled when she was involved in a magical accident that resulted in ripping open the gate to the Fey World, the world beneath Yggdrasil’s roots causing it to bleed into the tree. Never before had that world even been touched, but had been left to its own devices by the gods. Now its powers had been released, not only into Malkor, but also into the rest of Yggdrassil. With them also came the Shadowlands, the dark antithesis of the Wilds. Odari saw this, and deemed that someone had to make sure to rein them both in. Amaranthie was thus chosen, along with Loketh, by Odari to become the guardian of the Wilds and the Lands. Her mark is that of a butterfly with wings of three different shades; Blue, green and purple.
