The Shroud

Structure
The Shroud has a surprisingly rigid command structure:
- Shroud - The Leader of The Shroud, currently Topper
- Cowls - The right and left hands of the Shroud, currently Bvixel and Bvixen
- Specters - The Mage Assassins of the Shroud. Outside the formal command structure, Specters only answer to the Shroud
- Wraiths - Also known as the "Arms" of The Shroud, they each have control over two "Hands" of Shroud agents
- Hands - These are the agents who directly contact the various informants and spies in Malaz. Each hand has control of five agents. Lethos is currently a Hand
- Daggers - The basic agents, thugs, and spies of the Shroud. Individual Daggers can still have their own rings of informants, and some are extremely specialized, while others are happy with being the bottom rung of the ladder.
- Regulars - The unwitting servants of The Shroud. Many who work for them don't even realized it. Various drug dealers and information gatherers are considered free agents, but almost every single one serves The Shroud
Public Agenda
The Shroud is intent on becoming a guiding hand in the background of Malaz, influencing important decisions, and making themselves rich in the process.

Supplies of illicit goods, trade goods from the Underdark, smuggled goods from the Broken Strand
